I get pain in my abdomen its in the middle right side. I already had my gallbladder removed what else could it be?

See your doctor. When it comes to pain in the right mid-abdomen, the possibilities are many. From a GI perspective, considerations include: stomach (gastritis, ulcer), biliary disease (residual stone, sphincter of oddi synd), pancreatitis, colitis, abdominal adhesions, musculoskeletal pain. Just to name a few. Recommend you see you doctor to initiate a work up.
Too many things. Right sided abdominal pain in a 25 y o woman could be appendicitis, civerticulitis, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, intermittent partial bowel obstruction from scar tissue (from prior gall bladder surgery), kidney stones, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, amebic liver abscess, pelvic inflammatory disease, colon or ovarian cancer, hepatitis, constipation or gas. See a doctor to narrow the list.
