NO. It is not normal to have numbness in your toes. You can have numbness to your feet and legs from nerve impingement (back or along its course, numbness to the toes with nerve damage from diabetes, vit b deficiencies, trauma or heavy metal poising but it is not normal. If this is persistent and not relieved with appropriate shoes, rest and massage: seek medical intervention.
