In brief: Seek help with skin

If actively breaking out, you should see a dermatologist or medical esthetician for possible antibiotics, acidification of skin, etc.
When stable and breakouts slowed/stopped, then use of mechanical dermabrasion (not microdermabrasion), scar removal, fillers, etc can be considered. Crater-type scars are easier to treat than "ice-pick" type scarring. Sometimes use of laser or peels help.
