Nipple hurting, pain under left breast with no discharge, lump in armpit (right armpit). Advice?

See your MD. The breast with pain could be just simple fibrocystic disesase, but it should be evaluated. However a lump in the opposite arm pit need to be evaluated, probably a lymph node. You have an infection you arenot aware of, you could have an enlarged node signaling other problems. Please get evaluated.
