In brief: First trimester woes

The first trimester can feel awful.
Nausea can come any time of the day, not just in the morning. Contact your doctor if you cannot eat or drink anything. Try to sip on liquids with calories. Avoid things with oranges, lemons, limes, tomatoes, or other citrus stuff. Think bland! most women in their first trimester are also extremely exhausted. This gets better between 12 and 15 weeks.
