Why I can't drink cold drinks anymore every time I drink cold drink or cold water I get sore throat?

Esophageal spasm. Cold liquids can sometimes trigger spasms of the esophagus. Esophageal spasms can cause difficulty swallowing (dysphasia) or pain. Suggest you see a gastroenterologist for an evaluation.
Cold-induced Pain. You should see an ENT physician to rule out serious causes of throat pain - especially if you are a smoker or have reflux (gerd). There are other neurological conditions that can cause this or it could be a variation of an "ice cream" headache.

You have the answer. You may add non-caloric flavoring. Try some fruit flavoring, eg. with slices of lemon, orange, strawberries etc, rather than chemical flavoring.
