UTI? Any wbcs in the urine are abnormal and could indicate early infection somewhere along the urinary tract. Red blood cells in the urine could mean many things: kidney stone, infection, prostate cancer, minor kidney trauma from long distance running.. The fact that both of these are "trace" amounts is reassuring. You can live with the trace reds, but watch for worsening of the trace whites!

My suggestion: go to your doctor and get a urine after thoroughly cleaning the entire area around your urethra and while voiding, spread your labia so that the urine goes from bladder into cup and get urine in the cup after you start peeing, not right away.
