You need to burn more calories than you consume. Watch your diet-eat healthy, cut out junk food and exercise several times a week. If your stomach is what you're unhappy with, you can tone up the muscles-sit ups are a good way to start. Anything that uses your abdominal muscles will add tone.

But if you find that you have some pockets of fat that are resistant to diet or exercise, you might want to also consider liposuction or the newer safer noninvasive fat melting devices such as liposonix (the first fda approved device to melt fat without liposuction or surgery).
