It puts you down when you are stressed out. Migraine has existed for centuries. We would never have alice in wonderland if lewis carroll did not have such vivid migraines. It is very genetic and very hormone related with much higher incidence in women. About 20% of all women get migraine. Pre-puberty is the usual onset.
