Fish is one of the top eight allergenic foods, and experts used to advise parents to wait until their baby's first birthday before introducing it.
That advice has now changed. In 2008, the aap released a report stating that there's probably no reason to wait to introduce allergenic foods until your baby reaches a certain age. "there is no evidence that delaying their introduction prevents allergy.
