There are off-label use of meds these days but are still acceptable and within guidelines.

In brief: Well,

No change in personality traits should be changed however if you took those medications for a long time no sudden withdrawing should be done as this can cause quite severe problems.
I am not a psychiatrist but this is common sense. Hope a specialist with answer this better.
