UTI stone retention. Neobladders are made of bowel, thus a full neobladder may feel like abdominal pain, especially if the pain is similar to bowel gas. Many patients need to self catheterize to empty their bladders, thus bladder may not be emptying if you try to urinate normally. You shoul thus have your post void bladder residual urine measured by scan or cath. Pain may also be due to bladder stones or a uti.
See your surgeon. If new, severe, unusual etc the person who knows your situation and anatomy will decipher the issue.

Severe lower abdominal pain last night and pressure in lower back and pressure I n anal area what could it be I couldn't barely walk?

Sounds. Like it could be a fecal impaction. If you have been constipated, you could have a "plug" of stool in your rectum putting pressure on ligaments that attach to your lower back and sphincter. Try a fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) or glycerine suppositories, but if not relieved with a bowel movement, need to see your doctor and have a physical and rectal exam and let him then decide on further work up if indicated.
