In brief: Meds OK
I don't understand the 2, 5*2, 3? But if it's a prolactinoma, it should be treated first with medications (cabergoline or bromocriptine) before thinking about surgery, especially when it's causing no vision problems.

Your endocrinologist is the best person to treat your condition for now unless the tumor is growing or unresponsive to treatment. A team approach between your endocrinologist and neurosurgeon will allow you to put this off as long as possible.

Prolactinomas are generally treated with meds not surgery.
