I have kidney stones, when i was first diagnosed with them i was in pain. It went away even though i didn't pass the stone. Its back and worst!

It probably means the stone has started to move again.
You should be seen again. Make sure you don't have hydronephrosis sometimes they have to go in to retrieve the stone or use lithotrypsy.
