I had a colposcopy a few years ago and I was wondering does that have any affect on getting pregnant or having a full term pregnancy?

In brief: None
A colposcopy is a procedure that is performed after an abnormal pap test and is simply done to look at the cervix more closely in an attempt to spot abnormal cervical cells.
Colposcopy by itself should have no impact on your fertility.
