I just found out im pregnant, what foods should I eat and vitamins to take?

Prenatal, avoid GMOs. Congratulations! i advise a good prenatal vitamin; the most important component is folic acid- start today! a dha supplement is wise too. Try to eat lots of fruits & veggies, organic if possible.I strongly advise avoiding gmo foods;most corn, soy, their oils & beet sugar is now gmo, as is high fructose corn syrup.Over 70% of processed foods contain gmo's.Avoid artificial sweeteners too.See comment:.
Prenatal vitamins. Congratulations! for food, concentrate on vegetables and fruits, healthy protein such as chicken, fish, and lean meat, and dairy. And be sure to take a prenatal vitamin tablet every day.
