What would you recommend for a person that has bloating almost evey time they eat?

Diet diary to start. Diet diary annotated with xymptoms, e.g. Gas, bloat, nausea, burp, fart, bm-frequency, consistency. May be related to bowel habit, foods, e.g. Dairy, gluten, legumes, carbonated beverages, sugarless gums, alcohol. May be related to other things too: gyn issues, bowel. See md, maybe rd to check it.
