If only we all could! really, though, if you have good sleep at night and no other problems, a nap after lunch is not a problem. If you have trouble sleeping at night, then we recommend no napping during the day.
Many cultures have noon/afternoon naps as part of life. If you don't have reflux or other problems, sleep on it!
