Sleeping after lunch? Healthy or not

Jealous. If only we all could! really, though, if you have good sleep at night and no other problems, a nap after lunch is not a problem. If you have trouble sleeping at night, then we recommend no napping during the day. Many cultures have noon/afternoon naps as part of life. If you don't have reflux or other problems, sleep on it!
Good sleep hygiene. Don't take entended naps. Would suggest no snoozing for more than 30 minutes and only in the early afternoon.
