In brief: Menstrural Migraines

This is not uncommon.
There are medications to help with this. Get in to your pcp, gyn or neurologist or other headache specialist and get a proper exam and diagnosis and hopefully you can be helped.

In brief: Mestrual migraines

If you are in fact having migraine headaches that are predictably rlated to your periods, first you should have a headache work-up by a neurologist.
If cleared by the neurologist you can at times break this cycle using hormonal manipulation. Most of the thime this is related to the preogesterone withdrawal whisch occurs just before your period. Sometimes maintaining this Progesterone level can fix.
