Symptons heart attack?

Chest pain. Anterior sub sternal crushing pain worst ever with radiation to neck(angina) and frequently left arm occasionally to the upper abdomen and back however, it is quite variable.
Chest Pain. The following are suspicious for a heart attack; tight, dull, or heavy pain lasting longer than 15 minutes in the chest (retrosternal or left chest); and/or arms, back or jaw associated with nausea and vomiting, marked sweating, breathlessness.
Many possibilities. Sudden onset of mid to left central chest pain / pressure or discomfort. Sometimes radiation to l arm or neck/jaw. Sometimes accompanied by shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, sense of impending loss of consciousness. Sometimes rapid pulse, sometimes slow pulse and sometimes irregular pulse. These symptoms should prompt visit to 911/ed.
