Eat less/exercise mo. Fat on the belly is excess of energy stored from imbalance of food intake and energy expenditure. You should cut on your food intake to reduce your daily calories and also exercise daily if possible. Avoid fat rich foods(fried foods) and too much sugar in your drinks or deserts. Weigh yourself daily and try to lose one pound each week. You will get healthy within 6 months to 12 months!
