Every time I eat fish I get bad stomach pains and trapped wind. I get this with most fish but not with tuna and shell fish. Do I have a fish allergy?

In brief: Possibly
Please avoid all seafood and make an appointment for a proper evaluation with an allergy specialist.

In brief: Not a fish allergy
Could be related to how fish is prepared, other factors, other foods, beverages/alcohol.
If you were allergic to fish tuna would cause the symptoms if you were allergic to shellfish (a different set of animals), it would cause symptoms. Diet diary annotated with symptoms. See your doc.

No, a food allergy usually presents with hives commonly, you could have a food intolerance though.
