Been on travatan 1 mo. In right eye & now have long eyelashes. Left eye without glaucoma is 15-17 pressure. Is it ok to treat that eye so it matches?

In brief: Travatan use is OK .

Travatan, as do other prostaglandin related medications (lumigan, xalatan), stimulates the growth of lashes ad makes them darker. It should not be harmful to apply it to the other eye.
In fact, one of them is marketed just for that purpose, as a cosmetic product. It is applied tom the lashes, not the eye.

In brief: Ask your eye MD

You never want to subject an eye to unnecessary medication.
Travatan can cause or exacerbate inflammation in the eye so please check with your ophthalmologist before doing anything. Applying Latisse (bimatoprost) to the lashes only of the left eye may be sufficient to match things up.

Travatan to your eyelash base on the other eye will work for this. Go for it!
