33 weeks pregnant. Feel like babies foot or leg was crushed by my ribs after sitting up too fast. Is this possible? It hurt my ribs.

In brief: Doubtful

Remember that the baby is surrounded by fluid, the amniotic fluid, in a large amniotic sac.
It is doubtful that sitting up too fast would cause any harm to the baby, but it is possible you 'pulled a muscle' between your ribs called the intercostal muscle. Move more slowly and deliberately and avoid rapid movements!
