Frequent urination if small amounts with burning may be an infection.
But if not burning may mean that you are not emptying well and this should be confirmed by ultrasound of the bladder. Some medicines could cause this. What you can do about it is to stop over the counter meds that you may be using, decrease the amount of fluid intake, and see your primary care doctor.
