Stay away from caffeine & nicotine particularly late in the day.
Use the bed only for sleep & sex. If you are there 15 minutes & not asleep, get up & do something else for a short time --- make it a conditioned response that you lay down & you are sleeping. Try exercising 3 or more hours before bed so you are a little tired. Consider otc melatonin.
