Is there any brand of medicine such as Advil, Tylenol (acetaminophen) or any other that would interfere with sprintec birth control? What should I avoid?

Neither. of these will interfere with BCP's. Aleve (naproxen) and aspirin are okay too. Reading labels is the smartest thing to do and double-check. Also, do not take an antacid within 30 minutes before taking, or within an hour afterwards. Also remember to tell a doc that you are on BCP's, some antibiotics, especially, will interfere.with them.
