Is it possible to have a healthy baby after an edimetrial ablation to stop my monthly periods?

Not recommended. Its possible but not recommended due to increased risk of pregnancy complications, (e.g. Pregnancy loss, bleeding, abnormal placentation, etc.).
Wouldn't try. By ablating the uterine membranes you have scarred them and made them unsuitable to create a nurturing uterine wall that could sustain a pregnancy. You might be able to conceive, but the material would likely shed quickly and may put your health at risk. If you want a baby, adopt or hire a surrogate.
Possible. Many cases of pregnancy have been reported. Some go well. Some end in very serious complications.
