Multiple reasons. Post coital bleeding could be due to several reasons, a friable cervix, polyp on the cervix, minor vaginal tear amongst other things could cause vaginal bleeding following intercourse.
Get tested. The most common cause of post-coital bleeding is still stds so make sure to get tested, if you have not already done so.
