In brief: Very unlikely

Basal cell cancer gets into the blood stream and metastasizes very rarely.

In brief: Extremely unlikely

Basal cell cancer (or carcinoma) is the most common type of skin cancer and it caused by cumulative sun exposure.
It can spread by directly growing into surrounding areas and rarely by spreading through lymphatic vessels but not through the bloodstream. Melanoma, a less common but potentially deadly skin cancer, however can spread that way.
