In brief: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is labeled as "category c' with regards to it's use in pregnancy.
What that means is that it has not been tested sufficiently in pregnancy to be able to give a definitive answer. That being the case, i would not risk harm to your unborn child if it is at all possible to stay off Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) during your pregnancy.
