It has been 2 weeks since i had my ankle fracture and my doctor said i need to put screws to fix my medial malleolus. Is it too late now to put them?

In brief: Can be repaired

You need to have your ankle re-evaluated and talk with your doctor about your options.
You can have surgery if necessary following x-rays and mri.

In brief: Timing okay

While 2 weeks out is not ideal, it is still early enough.
It takes bone 4-6 weeks to heal, so you still have time to fix it. At 3 weeks it becomes more difficult because your soft tissue is healing.

In brief: Not too late

It's more difficult because healing has started but not a big deal.
An experienced surgeon will know what to do.
