I have Crohn's and have been on pentasa, (mesalamine) humira and imuran which severely increase my liver enzymes. Would remicade be less liver toxic then imuran?

Several issues! Humira and Remicade (infliximab) should not be used together. Although they work differently, there net effect is to inhibit tnf-a, a potent mediator of inflammation. Imuran is the most liekly agent to increase lfts, crohn's itself can do this. If you want off the imuran, ciprofloxin and/or metronidazone are options to combine with humira.
