In brief: Female ejaculation
“squirting” is controversial.
Some indicate that it is a form of female ejaculation in which the fluid is propelled from para-urethral ducts during or prior to orgasm. Others hold that it is lubricating secretions or incontinence of urine.

In a very small study (2 subjects) ejaculate was compared to pre-orgasmic urine from the same woman, & also to published data on male ejaculate.
In both women, higher levels of prostate specific antigen, prostatic acid phosphatase, & glucose but lower levels of creatinine were found in the ejaculate than the urine. Larger studies r needed for more concrete evidence.
