Chest pain. You need an evaluation to determine the cause of the problem. If it is heart burn you need treatment. It is hard to determine heart vs heart burn. See your doctor.
Heart burn moslikely. The symptom you describe in a young man who is overweight most likely to be heartburn. If it gets better with some over the counter zanta, then you confirm it's heart burn. See your doctor it that doesn't help within a week.
Shortness of breath chest pains can't breath when laying on my back &very tired with simple things walking to living room tingling in chest heart burn?
See your doctor. You need to see your medical/ob-gyn for an exam. Your symptoms can be caused by a number of conditions such as anemia or possibly reflux disease. Extremly unlikely to be coronary artery disease in an 18 y/o..

35 male, 3 EKG's Echo stress and cholestrol fine. Chest pain in left at a single point, heart burn that goes away with tums (calcium carbonate). Heart prob? Out of shape?
Heart not likely. Chest point tenderness is more likely to be musculoskeletal than heart related and the work-up seems to be reassuring in that regard. You do seem to have symptoms that suggest reflux disease. If overweight, losing weight should help in all departments.
