In brief: Only water

Make sure she only has water in her bottle when she goes to sleep and that she doesn't have formula in her battle sucking on it for long periods if time.

In brief: See dentist ASAP

Never put a child to sleep with a bottle containing anything other than water. Milk and juice are acidic, and will combine w bacteria to cause the kind of cavities you are seeing.
You must see a dentist asap before the infection spreads to the surrounding teeth, gums, and the underlying permanent teeth. Another preventative measure, 1st dental appointment age 1.

Get dental exam and xrays done. Baby teeth will fall eventually but if baby tooth needs to be fixed check with your dentist.

In brief: Change diet habits

Always feed your child the proper food.
Milk or formula. Never ever feed the child sugary foods such as juice or kool-aid type drinks. Do not let the child fall asleep with the bottle. This can cause horrible tooth decay with pain and eroded teeth. Tooth decay is caused by a bacterial infection so it can spread to other teeth. Your daughter needs a rx for Fluoride and a dental exam asap.
