It is basically having stroke symptoms which resolves completely within a few minutes to within 24 hours. Symptoms can be confusion, double vision, slurred speech, loss of balance, weakness or numbness on one side of the face or body. Even if symptom go away in a few minutes it needs further attention immediately since it can lead to a permanent stroke.
