In brief: Very common

Mild edema, or swelling, in the ureter is common after this surgery.
This tends to subside soon. Hydrate well and see how you feel. Keep in touch with your urologist if the pain does sot subside.

In brief: Probably normal

It is very common to have some flank pain after removing a stent.
You should be evaluated for a urinary tract infection since you were instrumented. In addition you may have some stone fragments still present. You shoud see your urologist for a follow up.
