Hydration is good. Sure. Being adequately hydrated is really important for good health. If by drinking water, you are drinking less of calorie laden drinks that will make you overweight and more prone to hypertension, then yes that will help. I don't think there's a direct correlation between water and lowering bp, but certainly an overall healthier option.

This is a little low for a large man, but perfectly normal for a 21 year old female. Drinking water does not lower your BP and, assuming it's hot in algeria, drinking 3 liters a day is normal, healthy, and necessary to replace the water you lose thru perspiration.

See physician. You should have your primary care physician look at your combination of meds. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and Lisinopril could work in opposite directions with your cardio system. Your physician should be able to help ou regulate your meds to address your symptom patterns.

Several things. Get enough sleep. Do aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Limit sodium to less than 2 grams (u could still have high sodium intake even though u don't use salt shaker). Avoid heavy alcohol use (1 drink per day ok, but more than that is too much). Don't smoke. Avoid stimulants. However, many people can't control their pressure with lifestyle changes like these alone.

Believe it or not, the amount of blood is regulated far more by salt than by water. Generally speaking, the only way water would decrease blood pressure is it your body were substantially retaining salt and the extra water cause the body to decrease certain hormones.
