Can you re-thaw & re-refrigerate breast milk?

No. After milk is thawed, it should not be refrozen. Thawed milk should be used completely within 24 hours.
No refreezing. You can thaw breast millk once and keep it in the refrigorator for 72-96 hours , but i wouldnt refreeze it again.
