Antibiotics for toothache pain headache and earache?

Maybe. See a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. You may have an infection.
It depends! Depending on whether your tooth pain is really from the tooth or from something else, any number of antibiotics could be prescribed. If it is an infected tooth, usually Amoxicillin or Clindamycin are prescribed. If the pain is more generalized than specific to one tooth on the upper, it may be a sinus infection, and a different antibiotic may be required.
See a dentist. If you are having toothache, headache, and earache, and you think this is secondary to an infected tooth, you will need to see a dentist; if you have a dental abscess, antibiotics are unlikely to offer a cure due to the abscess - management of abscesses is surgical when possible.
