Millions have colds yearly.
It is due to rhinoviruses and others. There is no cure. Rest, humidification, fluids, proper nutrution (chicken soup), fever control, vitamn c, perhaps an antihistamine to dry one up or perhaps a decongestant to open one up may be used. But usually observation, fluids and rest are all that is needed. Cover the coughs, nose and wash the hands. Stay at home!

* For congestionsaline nose drops or a neti pot. *For anti-inflammatory effect & mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup.**For hydration- lots of water. Try clear broth. * Add honey & a small amt. of lemon juice to Chamomile tea.
