In brief: Yes
There are several, but the most common one is epistaxis, or nosebleeds.
Some people may experience headaches nasal burning, or cough. Since it is topical, very little is actually absorbed into the body.

In brief: Local issues
Biggest side effect is nasal inflammation and bleeding.
To minimize this, when you put the sprayer in your nose angle the tip to the outside corner of your eye. This will direct the spray away from your septum and decrease irritation.
