In brief: No

Agoraphobia (fear of crowd) is an anxiety disorder.
Asperger's symdrome is an autistic disorder, like (sometimes) a very high functioning person without the ability to establish eye-contact when addressed.

In brief: Nope

These may be co-occuring conditions, but one does not lead to the other. Many people with asperger's experience social anxiety, though.
Asperger's is a lifelong and pervasive developmental disorder. When the dsm 5 comes out in may 2013, it will simply be "autism spectrum disorders." http://www.Webmd.Com/brain/autism/autism-spectrum-disorders.
