In brief: Moisturizers

The first and most important step is to moisturize skin with creams (try cetaphil).
Apply within 5 min of bath when skin is still moist, and some other time (twice a day). Use dove soap but be careful with eyes. May consider changing formula if it is thought to be causing allergy (try soy). Talk to your doctor about using a mild Hydrocortisone cream.

It can't be cured but usually can be controlled. It is best managed by using a sensitive skin cleanser, avoiding bathing in very hot water, and using a sensitive skin lotion all over each diaper change, even when the rash isn't there. If doing this doesn't help enough, please see the doctor.
