Is it possible 2 have MS even if the brain MRI was normal? I have all the symptoms; fallen102 times since oct12, speech&memory issues, tremoring etc

If you have a normal MRI of brain and spinal cord, you do NOT have MS.
You may well have neurological issues, and there should not be much challenge in confirming your diagnosis if you find an experienced competent neurologist.
