Single testicle removed after orchidectomy from inguinal canal at age 20will it be able to father a child?

Only need one . . . We're put together with a lot of redundancy. Two lungs. Two eyes. Two ears. Two kidneys. Two testicles. Which isn't to say that we should start selling body parts. Just that if we ever find ourselves w/o any of these paired organs, we can still press on. In the case of a single testicle, we'll still produce same amount of sperm & testosterone, enough to impregnate an ovulating female.
