In brief: Not a problem

Adenomyosis is not related to infertility.
However, some women with adenomyosis also have endometriosis, which may affect fertility. Discuss this possibility with your doctor.

I disagree with this answer. Minimal while often associated with infertility, is not likely a cause. Treating it rarely improves your fertility. On the otherhand, adenomyosis frequently invades the wall of the uterus and in older women may compromise endometrial development resulting in a thin uterine lining that does not respond appropriately to menstrual cycle hormone changes.

In brief: Adenomyosis Help

Adenomyosis probably decreases fertility but we have little research data.
Newer imaging techniques should allow more research and testing of treatment options. First: you should see if you get pregnant without help. Second: get a consult with a fertility expert early. Third: you may have to consider treatments that do not have much of a track record if you continue to struggle.
