Firstly you need to establish that "kidney pain" is in fact from the kidney and not from bowel, spine or back muscles.
You need to have a kidney ultrasound and possible a ct scan. Kidney stones, if present and causing obstruction, should be abolished. Stone obstruction can be immediately relieved by placing a jj stent. Treat kidney infections orall kinds of urinary obstruction and bladder reflux.
