Protect sex on feb 17. Period on 22-26. Cramping but no period this month & brown discharge once. Negative pregnancy test, could I still be pregnant?

Unlikely, but yes. If you're having sex there's always a chance of getting pregnant. No method of "protection" is 100% effective. You had a negative test, which is good, but if you continue to not have a period, and/or if you have signs of pregnancy, go see a doctor, health clinic.
